Return & Refund Policy

At PRIMEPICKS GOODS, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund under the following conditions:

  • Eligibility – Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.

  • Non-Returnable Items – Personalized items, sale items, and gift cards cannot be returned.

  • Process – To initiate a return, contact us at Primepicks_goods@outlook.com with your order details. Once approved, you will receive instructions for the return.

  • Refunds – Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

  • Return Shipping – Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrectly sent.
